Torchwood is Returning in July 8th

Torchwood is a BBC show that first aired in 2006. Torchwood is actually a spin-off of the popular BBC show, Doctor Who. Captain Jack Harkness leads, Torchwood , a team who investigates unexplainable phenomena  but mostly the unwelcomed aliens.  In the last season a 5-part mini-series Children of the Earth, aside from the freaky “We are coming” scenes,very difficult decisions were made and unfortunately Jack Harkness made the ultimate sacrifice. This decision may have split the fans and the existence of the Torchwood hung in the balance as the majority of the original Torchwood team was dead. Because of funding  constraints, fans were left to ponder if Torchwood will be renewed for another season. Well fans are jumping for joy because Torchwood is back!  Torchwood Miracle Day is scheduled to premiere on Starz July 8th at 10:00 pm ET/PT.  Torchwood Miracle Day will be a 10-part mini-series.
